Guess who took bowling lessons?
I'm becoming obsessed with reflective surfaces (or looking for them) for the mirror project. Last Sunday, when I went bowling with my family, after getting sick of bowling (or of being lame at it), I noticed just how the area's filled with mirroresque surfaces so I started enjoying my time taking pictures...

This is not goodbye she said
It is just time for me to rest my head
She does not walk she runs instead
Down these jagged streets and into my bed
I've been spending more time with Him lately. Actually, I've been spending whole days with him. I make him wake up early just so he'd be here by 10! (He lives two hours away from me...) It makes me feel guilty for all the effort he's giving, to think that it's already our summer break! *sigh*
But it's all worth it, I guess. Everyday's fun-filled. We play card games, I let him beat me at scrabble *grin*, we cook merienda (well, I make him cook for most of the time), and we mess around with the digicam. Thinking about our days together make me wish I could spend the whole summer with him, but sadly I can't because a week from now, I'll be leaving for the US. I know it's gonna be just for a month but that's still gonna be quite some time. I'm going to miss him badly and when I get back, I'll make sure we'll make-up for lost time...

I want Arlina (and the cold weather) back
I've been talking about Beaches (Bette Midler's overly sentimental 1988 movie on friendship) more often than usual. It's probably a sign that I miss Arlina already. (She's somewhere on the other side of the planet, bragging about the cold weather!) Hee. I adore that movie despite its being too cheesy. I just do. It's probably the very idea of friendship that made me become way too attached to it. *sigh*
Enough of this sentimental crap. I guess I just can't stand not having Arlina around. I don't have any one to annoy other than Celo (but I just can't annoy him all the time!) coz Janika's still busy with her programming and my other friends are MIA, or maybe I'm the one who is.
